At Earthwell Foundation, we believe that every culture in the world understands the simple joy of sharing a cup of tea and telling stories.
We are excited to announce that we are preparing to launch the Communi-Tea Wellness Circle very soon! This upcoming initiative is designed to create a warm, dedicated monthly space for Huntsville, Madison, and North Alabama’s senior community to prioritize their health, access valuable civic resources, and form meaningful friendships over a fresh, warm cup of tea.
What We Are Planning
As we finalize our launch details, secure local venues, and connect with community partners, each monthly circle will be built around three core pillars:

Gentle Movement & Mindful Wellness: Accessible, adapted physical activities—such as light chair yoga, gentle stretching, and balance exercises—tailored specifically for older adults of all mobility levels to promote physical health and vitality.

Community Guest Speakers & Local Resources: Periodic visits from local municipal leaders, wellness experts, and community partners to share important updates, practical guidance, and helpful resources tailored to local seniors (covering topics like public health, community services, safety, and local history).

Cultural Tea, Nourishment & Social Time: Enjoying freshly brewed teas (including authentic, spiced chai and soothing herbal infusions) alongside healthy, culturally inspired vegetarian bites in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Supported by dedicated youth volunteers from local high schools and universities who will assist with hosting, setup, and ensuring every guest feels right at home.
